All you need to know…

The prices are per day with an occupancy of 2 people and a minimum stay of 3 nights. A surcharge applies for short stays and under occupancy.

• Children up to 2 years in the parents' bed: free
• Children aged 3 - 13,99 pay: € 10.00.-
• Surcharge for each additional person over 14 years: € 20.00.-

We do not offer breakfast, but we are happy to bring you fresh bread rolls, milk and yogurt from the local bakery in the morning! The price does not include the local tax for all persons from 14 years of age. The revenue goes to the municipality and is invested in infrastructure, services and events.

Please write us an e-mail if you are interested in one of the rooms without breakfast or as an additional room for the apartments. We will then be happy to let you know the price.

• Free internet via Lan cable (in the apartments)

• For a fee and upon request, children’s equipment (such as a cot, highchair and electric kettle) is available
• Südtirol Guest Pass (allows unlimited use of all means of public transportation throughout South Tyrol)
• On request pick-up and drop-off service on arrival and departure day to the San Candido train or bus station.

A written confirmation and a deposit of 30% are required to secure your accommodation booking. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, by cheque or online bank transfer on the day of departure.

Although there is no right of withdrawal under current EU regulations, we grant the following cancellation terms under Art. 1382 of the Civil Code (ZGB):

• There are no cancellation fees up to 90 days before the start of the holiday; the deposit will be credited in the form of a voucher from 90 days before the start of the holiday;
• the deposit will be retained from 30 days before the start of the holiday;
• and if we do not receive a replacement booking, 50% will be charged from 10 days before the start of the holiday;
• and if no replacement booking is received, 100% will be charged.

A cancellation must always be made in writing. The deposit will not be refunded. In case of early departure, the full amount will be charged. We recommend taking out our Red Rooster Cancellation Cover to save costs and give yourself insurance cover.

For the sake of our future

• Save water and electricity Towels are generally only changed weekly.

Avoid plastic

• The best drinking water comes from our taps, so there is no need to buy water in plastic bottles.

Waste separation

• Please separate and dispose of waste responsibly. We have a designated waste room with labelled bins for proper waste disposal, which you are encouraged to use.

Zero kilometres

• We use the wood from our own forest as a source of heat.
